Mobile design for Verify Address flow. #5088

Task Description Will need an option to verify address from the receive screen. On clicking the option user will be presented with the vault signers that are capable of Verifying the receiving address. On clicking the signer user will be presented with a scanner screen from where they can scan the QR from desktop app similar to that of HealthCheck flow.

The Design was Upgraded on Ben's Instructions, the new designed screen has more Visual CTA Button "verify address from the receive screen" now , Rest flow is same as #5132 you can view on link.

This is already addressed I believe, and #5269 should fix the design for it
