Improve transaction list UI #5194

The transaction list would be more useful showing the labels or note of the transaction. Currently it shows the tx id and time which are not as important data, so when there’s label or note that is much more useful to show.

In general I think the transaction list could be designed a bit differently, maybe make it stretch a bit more so it is more spacious, and change the data shown as mentioned above.

As per last discussion I have updated the UI again now @ben-kaufman , Now in this new screen we will see description/Note (If user added any at time of sending) in place of the address. If no note has been added then address would simply be shown

Also I have changed the date and address/note Hire-achy, I think UX wise its considered the best practise to list date and time at bottom and the transaction address at top as it helps users navigates easily as you can see in the file and s.s. attached below. Many apps transaction history UI is like this as well.
