Allow labeling of receipient addresses #5259

Apart from labeling our own addresses, it will be useful to allow labeling the addresses the user sends to, and show these labels in the transactions details screen

(Note to @AreejKhalid21 : This issue and https://github.com/bithyve/bitcoin-keeper/issues/5218 need to be thought together)

For now we decieded to go with address/ UTXO labels and tx notes. We can revisit this issue at a later moment.
