Electrs-Esplora & Electrum-Client: JSON-RPC integration Test

Task Description

We already have an Electrum server running, Electrs variant by Blockstream, which has a JSON-RPC interface in addition to the HTTP API that we've been using so far.

We'll be integrating on the batch-send mechanism from the Electrum client to check whether Electrs supports the batch endpoints just like ElectrumX or Fulcrum Server.
