Rescan Account: Icon and Navigation #2607

We need to have appropriate assets for the hard refresh functionality(icon and text). Also, the navigation needs to be sorted, right now clicking on hard refresh does dispatch the corresponding action, however, it doesn't navigate back to the account details screen.

From what I was able to find, this looks like the latest design. Is this correct, @Arpanjainson and @antuz123?

Nice. In the screenshot above, though, the title says "Hard Refresh". In the design, it's Full Rescan. The design is also using Lorem ipsum for the subtitle. Is there any additional clarity on how we want to present this?

for the account sync and full resync/scan please change the call to action icon - for sync can be the same as the one we have for the sync on the home screen cards, as these are all sync actions
