Unable to see 30 second video in Play store in mobile #4645

1) I can see the 30 second video on laptop in the playstore, but I cannot find the video when I'm going to the playstore in the phone. Am I missing something or does it need to be put there? 2) The resolution of the video is 480P. Is it the highest resolution possible? Anything needed from me?

@ASN-BitHyve Please if you could verify that we have

  1. Disabled monetization and ads on our 30sec video.
  2. See if we can remove the copyright contents from the video.
  3. Not high priority but get higher resolution video, possible 1080p

@cakesoft-utkarsh Monetization and ads on our 30sec video are already disabled( This is assured due to the copyright claim as well.)

Will work on points 2 and 3 after 17th December as the video editor is away.

Have asked the video editor to rectify it and send back the file for us to upload.
