Styling should not collide with Bootstrap #35

We should not globally override Boostrap styles.

Two ways to achieve this is:

Make sure all components implement unique classes, and style from these.
Make sure specific parent elements / contexts lead to different classes (layout-section).

Of particular worry at this point is:

[ ] Headings (placed in layout-section)
[ ] Buttons
[ ] Form fields
