Does not mention that libgcrypt20-dev is needed #134

You might mention that the packet libgcrypt20-dev is needed for this. It took some time for me to find what the error was when I got the error message configure.ac:79: warning: macro 'AM_PATH_LIBGCRYPT' not found in library

Thanks! I knew checking the issues page for why I was getting this error would be a good idea. Fixed my problem right up.
