Mac build with Actions flawed #8

The Mac app binary bundle built by the new Github Actions can't be properly code-signed. And it notarization is then rejected.

For now, the Mac package is still built by our manual process as before. There can be some differences with the app package provided with the output of the mac build Actions, despite the source code are the same.

The v1.0.4 was the first Mac release using the package from the Github Actions script. Still, the fixing patch was manually applied.
