Support for Atlassian Crowd #440

It would be cool to have support for Atlassian Crowd

+1 Unfortunately crowd does not provide OAUTH. It does provide a REST endpoint where one can query user data or create/verify a session. So I'm not sure if that would fit as provider in oauth2_proxy.
