Au cannot sign for a multi-signature transaction in app.safe.global (gnosis safe) #2110

Steps:

  1. Connect 2 Au to the app.safe.global by Wallet Connect (Goerli network)
  2. Setup a safe-accounts multi-owner (2 owners are above the account in step 1)
  3. Deposit Goerli ETH to the Safe-address has setup multi-owner
  4. Do the transaction to transfer/swap ETH
  5. Observe the Au app of 2 Wallet Connected accounts.

Observed result: Account 1 makes transactions show the Sign. After confirming Sign, the next Confirm to Sign does not show in account 2

Expected result: Sign at Account 1 should send to Gnosis Safe successfully to have Account 2 start to sign
