[iOS][Keychain] The linked accounts fails to sync across devices when users deleted LINKED account on another device using same Apple ID #30

Step to reproduce:

  1. The 1st Device: Sign in with the Apple account A
  2. The 2nd Device: Sign in with the Apple account A
  3. Try to delete linked account on any device and check if it displays on the other device or not

Observed result:

***Note: Make sure iCloud backup is ON and Keychain is ON

The issue is not fixed. The linked accounts are still not synced

Environment: iOS build (App center): 0.30.0 (67) iPhone 12\iOS 15.5 iPhone XR\iOS 14.8
