Does the identifier remain the same if we move assets to different chains/networks?

ask @moskovich whether the network prefix should identify the blockchain. Advantage: resolver can be faster. Disadvantage: did will change when moving assets between chains.

Difference between N-quads and Normalized? Which one should use to the pre-process DDO and compute the hash value?
