[Bug] Android only - FFapp does not restore data when user clears data, then removing FFapp, and reinstalling FFapp #2216

Pre-conditions:

Backup all data in Android phone that contains FFapp to Google store

Steps:

Clear FFapp data in Settings --> Application --> Feral File
Delete FFapp
Reinstall FFapp
Factory reset and restore Android with current Gmail.
Open FFapp

Observed result: The new primary address with new seeds displays.

Expected result:

The FFapp is restored after clearing data, deleting, and reinstalling if having backup in Google cloud
If user keeps the version after clear data and reopen, after 8 hours, Android auto backup. Please make sure the key is adding to backup, not overide the existing key in Google cloud.
