[Version 0.1.0(11)] Bug: download archives when there are no archives in facebook

Steps to test:

1. Using the Spring to request facebook's archive
2. Access into Facebook, delete all the facebook's archive
3. Open Spring app, click "Check now"

Issue:

• There are error when executing to download the archive

Expectation: Need @ritawu91 design:

• Show the UI tell user that there are no archives to download (or the requested archive has been deleted) and they have to re-request archive.?

FYI: the flow will be the user click "Check now" -> error -> then show "Request Archive again"
