In GAE, the following error occurs: Post https://api.bitmovin.com/v1/encoding/inputs/gcs: http.DefaultTransport and http.DefaultClient are not available in App Engine. See https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/go/urlfetch/

Please correspond to urlfetch.Transport of GAE.
