Fix invalid workflow file due to indentation #605

Description

There is an indentation issue in the release workflow file that makes it invalid. This PR fixes that.

There was a release that failed because of that, we are resetting the package versions and changelog file and also deleting the tag pushed by that. When this PR is merged there will be another release for the same version.
