Provide possibility to make use of different player versions from different release channels #6

Currently the latest stable is used, but as there are more player versions - beta, staging, dev - available, also usage of those versions should be possible.

Dropdown selection should be available similar to https://app.bitmovin.com/player/embed.

In addition a text field should be available (e.g. via an "advanced option") where a URL to a "custom" player version can be set.
