Apache and Connectivity: Found possible issues after recet a instance (install a plugin) #1228

What architecture are you using?

What steps will reproduce the bug?

After install a theme enterprise (FREE) https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/enterprise_theme_mod

I recet the instance, in GCP after that i count connect, only show

"Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later¨

Searching stack I found a solution.
