we keep on getting error 521 in our server

Describe your issue as much as you can

we kept on getting error 521 error on our server for about 3 weeks now the timing is random. and earlier when I restarted the server and tried to log in on our dashboard I got an error establishing database connection error. these images were provided to me: image image

Hi @mark-ideatheorem,

As the support tool mentioned, it seems there are errors in the database. Did you take a look at the log file?

Please confirm the database is running or start it using the ctlscript.sh file

I can only see these warning messages in the log. If the error persists, please check if you keep receiving those errors to know if that's the reason of the failure.

If that's not the case, review the Apache and PHP logs at /opt/bitnami/apache/logs and /opt/bitnami/php/logs

I'll monitor it and will let you know if something comes up on the php logs
