FYI: I’ve packaged AgensGraph for Alpine Linux, it’s currently available in Alpine’s testing repository: agensgraph. I’ve made it so that it can be installed and run in parallel with stock PostgreSQL – it’s installed into separate directories (/usr/lib/agensgraph, /usr/libexec/agensgraph, /var/lib/agensgraph/12/data, …) and runs on port 5434 by default.
