tldr; Let's create a resource where Bitovians and others can learn technology consulting.

Contributing

  1. Checkout the tech-consulting branch.
  2. Clear npm re-install node modules.
  3. ./node_modules/.bin/bit-docs -w
  4. Open http://localhost:8080/academy/academy/learn-technology-consulting.html or http://localhost:8080/academy/learn-technology-consulting.html depending on where you host your http server

Goals

  1. A resource for Bitovians to learn (and be reminded) how to perform various technology consulting tasks.
  2. A resource where prospective or active clients can get a feel for how Bitovi operates.
  3. A resource where other technologists can learn the fundamentals of technology consulting.

Outline

Currently, I think we might create the following pages:

I updated the Comms pages to match what's currently in bitovi/bitovi. Please review.

Updates the Transition to Delivery page as well. Please review.

I would recommend moving "management" and "tools and tech" (and probably communication) under a main "Managing project" section (with the other sections being "Finding clients" and "Transitioning sales->delivery").

For management, I'd recommend we keep our training brief, but point to resources for Agile workflows. This might be best to provide recommendations for small/solo projects vs large teams.

Why would we merge? It makes discovery harder. I’m envisioning these this expanded quite a bit.

Why keep the training brief? I think it’s unlikely that most bitovians are going to do their own research.

We need a fix for: https://github.com/showdownjs/showdown/issues/710 to close this.
