(LD-258) Introduction to Testing breakdown

• Add placeholder problems and solutions for Section 05 of React Native training
• Updates Skeleton for the .md file.

It's likely taht the skeleton may become smaller or longer depending on the approach for this section, with no pre-existing problems or solutions, it was hard to measure without comparing this to the existing React training.

Also, by this part of the training, the only thing we could teach is testing elements that appear on the screen since there is no user input in the application at this point, which may be fine, just something worth noting.
