Lets port over the TodoMVC / CanJS training material to this. Work is being done in the canjs branch. PR

Initial Version

[x] Create pages for each step.
[x] Make sure the "The Problem/Solution" headings are h2s
[x] Convert keynotes into google slides and embed in "what you need to know" section.
1. Convert all keynotes to .pptx,
2. then upload to presentations/canjs/PACKAGE/LATEST-VERSION. You probably need to lookup the latest version number of that package.
3. Then convert to google slides.
4. Then publish to the web an embed that is 640 width
5. Paste embed in what you need to know section.
6. Go through slides and make sure everything looks right. You likely will have to fix some spacing.

This should be updated for 6.0. I think the use of steal should be removed.

I think it should simply show a single codepen importing CanJS.

We can start with 5.5's StacheDefineElement. Build the final app with that.
