Articulate the difference, in a template, between {}, {{}}, and {{{}}} #255

I think this should be in one centralized location. Or maybe the information is duplicated depending on whether we are talking about a component, control, etc.

Would this also include some of the new stuff we've seen with DoneJS/can-connect? Like #thing="{stuff}"?
