Customer Requirements

Happy Path

Store Manager places an order
Later, they check the status of the order, they can see the expected delivery date and click a link that takes them to UPS.

Overview Page

Store manager can see delays called out

Delayed Case

Shows a warning icon when the order status is delayed

Out Scope

Get a text message when the shipment is delayed
