Docs rewrite

While I think there is room for improvement, I feel that I need to stop hoarding the updates to the docs and get the updated version out!

Here’s a summary of the changes:

• Restructure the guides into: Quick start, Setup, Use, Customize, and Publish
• Folder structure views are now alphabetized
• Created a section for all of the tags that are used on DocCSS
• Added a few screenshots of how the style guide looks like as you learn to use the tags
• Connected the guides with links at the end of each page to improve navigation
• Moved info about “updating the header” to the “Customize” section and linked to it from the FAQ

Now grab a cup of coffee and read on :)

Couple minor comments/spelling corrections, but overall I definitely think this is an improvement! Can't wait to get this and our theme published live :D 👯
