Demos need to be reviewed #95

The demos for the jQuery++ docs should be reviewed for a couple of things:

  1. check to make sure they are working.
  2. check that the dimensions of the html files/fiddles are good. (There is a bug currently that does not respect the dimensions specified for the iframe.
