Add objection.js example

We want to include some code examples in the repo to help document expected usage with various ORMs.

Ideally this code example should be:

• easily run-able
• of minimal complexity
• well commented (readability is highest priority)

We want this example to show how developers might integrate the output of this library into their Objection.js code.
