nice simple app so far! I think this would be useful though :)

I think this requires a small UI and functionality change. I will talk with @ryangwilson but we can probably add a date picker (of sorts) to the page and defaults its value to today.

Also updated totalAccruedHoursByYear so that lastDay is the value of the date picker.
