Increased the timeout time for integration tests #29

A busy local peer may need more time to respond
Since the tests are run optionally allowing for more time shouldn't be problematic

Coverage remained the same at 89.11% when pulling a8f46e353f48f057dee9dfd18dfd1530e13d3579 on braydonf:bug/integration-timeout into e4741dc96efe0033818e99782ff27e94d26181dc on bitpay:master.
