Hi, I have successfully transfered my BTCs into a brand new IOS Copay wallet back in November 2017, wrote down the 12 words (it gave me spanish words) and secured transfers and access to the seed with a password. My phone broke, installed the new app but now I cant seem to access the wallet.
I am trying the recovery tool, using the btc/livenet network, tried different addresses gaps (up to 80 now) but it always shows me 0 BTC as total funds. What is going on ?? I can still see the BTCs on the BTC explorer, with only 1 transaction, the receiving transaction. I thought copay was based on industry standards, but apparently not.. what can I do ? is this a wallet bug ? thaks a lot for any help
