Recovery tool is not helping

I send my BTC to Copay at Jul 27, 2017. I read that text https://blog.bitpay.com/bitcoin-cash-recovery/ and everything looks very simple. I already send my BTC from Copay acc to Bitpay acc. When I go to https://bitpay.github.io/copay-recovery/ make bch/livenet and write down my phases and password I can see, that my BCH acc in Copay is 0,0000000 (Available balance: 0.00000000 BCH. Insufficents funds). What is wrong?

worked fine for me you have to select the bch/livenet option (default is btc). then don't put anything in the backup or spending password fields. it should find your funds and you can then send them to electroncash.

Tried it every which way, always on the bch network, no dice. Then found someone comment to say just keep trying it. Tried it about 6 times, with the exact same stuff in and eventually it just worked. Very strange.

However, to comment on what you said I definitely had my password in when it worked.

My recovery has been stuck on the scanning page for the past hour and I'm unsure if it's hung and if I should refresh the browser. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Thanks!

@lskcheryl Yeah, I had that problem once. Just cancel it and start again.

@lskcheryl I have just try @henryls solution and it works for me. Moreover, the correct process should be less than 2 minutes. The display information should be not only "Please wait This process could take several minutes" but also another extra 3 lines with your bch balance sheet displayed and scanning your history address number increasing. So that you could know your process is working correctly and normally. Wish such information helps everyone.

I'm getting this CORS header error trying to recover BTG (Bitcoin gold). But It worked for BTC and BCH.

Hello, I found the coins but It's stuck on processing transfer? Does this really take a few mins or should i wait a few hours? or do I just keep trying if it didn't work in some mins? Would really appreciate an answer
