Rewards from old blocks/transactions are not included #948

One of the first Bitcoin addresses was 1JfbZRwdDHKZmuiZgYArJZhcuuzuw2HuMu, which received one of the first 50 BTC reward payouts (block number 5):

But on Insight, the 50 BTC reward is not part of the final balance, nor listed as a transaction:

Looks to be a duplicate of #755
