update add client key example, added cli #23

update the add-key-to-account to add-client-to-account to coincide with the api changes. also updated the readme regarding dependency injection for configuration files.

also a bunch of whitespace changes thanks to atom editor ._.

You can disable the whitespace changes by going into plugins, selecting "whitespace", then unchecking "remove trailing whitespace". See also atom/whitespace#10.
