Mark release 3.0.0 as a dev release (or remove it) #277

Please mark 3.0.0 as a dev release (or remove it in total). Currently composer.phar show --outdated shows (abandoned) 3.0.0 as a false positive update possibility.

@pieterpoorthuis is working on a v4 version of php-bitpay-client. Once v4 is released, this issue can be closed.
