Rack is now 1.6.0 & json is at 1.8.2; hard dependencies force downgrade of these gems.

I'll check this out tonight or tomorrow morning. It shouldn't be a problem, I put in hard dependencies to deal with issues in some of the other gems.

FWIW, features/pairing.feature:10 appears to be failing, but AFAICT it is not related to the gem difference.
