The notificationURL is set to the wanted htpps url and fullNotifications set to true. The iframe is ok and appears.

But when the invoice becomes expired i do not receive any IPN.

(only state I can test without paying bitcoin to myself and losing the fee is 'expired'...unless there is a "sandbox" mode ?)

Try e-mailing BitPay tech support and see if they can address this issue for you.

There's not an IPN sent when an invoice expires.
