Added a config option to choose logo for BitPay payment method. #19

testing done:

  1. created zip file of the upload directory
  2. installed the zip file into a freshly installed Virtuemart with Joomla instance
  3. Enable BitPay plugin, configured it under "Payment Methods"
  4. Copied bitcoin_default.png into /var/www/html/virtuemart/images/stories/virtuemart/payment
