Also removed some unneeded code that was copy/pasted from the paypal plugin.

Hello,

I have installed the plugin, set the API-key and activated the plugin. When I go to VM and try to add a new payment-method there is no VMPAYMENT_BITPAY in the drop down.

I use Version 1.5.17 and VirtueMart 1.1.9 stable

Any idea?
