Hi All,

Novice level here and I'm not sure how to proceed. I send some BTC from my Copay wallet to another wallet (also mine) but I never received it.

Any help? How I should claim. Thanks, V.

Thank you! ID Transaction: 01034125de07ac160a69cd38e6d8ac62e902b44557692168b91dc46e98ce5ae7 Copay Wallet ID: see attached (1ERnJ1qzZUcaxSi1bQ1cRBeRM6xCovsUG2)

I think I know what happened. On Saturday 18th I did 2 transactions for 0.1 BTC to other wallet ( 1KPJfuoRSxbmYaYBJ4GRHdG5QVdkXMLDLa) and only receive 1 transaction. I think maybe I miscopied a Copay "receiving" address instead the receiver ID wallet, from the clipboard. Very strange, anyway!

Please tell me if you need more information from me, and thank you in advance!

Hello

-

Please send us the BitPay/Copay Wallet ID and the transaction hash / ID or the link so we can further investigate and address your inquiry.

To get your Wallet ID, open your Copay/BitPay application, then go to Settings > [Your wallet] > More Options > Wallet Information. On your phone, if you tap on the wallet ID it will copy it to the clipboard so you can paste it in your e-mail. You can do the same on your computer by clicking on the wallet ID.

The transaction hash / ID is a alphanumeric chain like this: d0a23876de7cf87574b5cda7557bcc8af5d84f3fd1e6f4c6063fd6b72b0e69ae

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards.

  1. 1ERnJ1qzZUcaxSi1bQ1cRBeRM6xCovsUG2 and 1KPJfuoRSxbmYaYBJ4GRHdG5QVdkXMLDLa are addresses, not wallet IDs.

Kind regards.

Thank you for your patience!!

Your are right I confused Wallet ID, wuth the addresses I got to send/receive funds.

Please let me start over. My Copay Wallet ID is: d46732b2-f3d2-45a8-8181-880417b9c0d3 Transaction ID; 01034125de07ac160a69cd38e6d8ac62e902b44557692168b91dc46e98ce5ae7
