I still have a large number of wallets, but the one from which I lost my words is the most important. maybe you can somehow help me in the restoration. The only way to recover the wallet is by importing it with its 12-word recovery phrase. There is nothing we can do on our side.

Сломался телефон в котором был кошелёк Copay. Купил новый телефон сковал кошелёк делаю резервную копию ввожу фразу и король он выдает фраза не действительна.

If you have your wallet backup, you are importing the phrase on the app installed on your new phone and it is not working, please check the following:

If you are experiencing an issue when restoring a wallet, here are some things that you can double-check:

• Are you sure that the recovery phrase was written in the correct order?
• Did you use all lowercase letters and no punctuation?
• Did you add a password to your recovery phrase?
• Do you have the QR code or text/file backup?
• Did you separate each word with a single space only (no commas or any other punctuation)?

If you are using a smartphone, please check to confirm that:

1. Your phone is not capitalizing the first letter of any word.
2. Your phone is not adding spaces:
   • Before the first word
   • More than one space between words
   • After the last word

I have 12-word recovery phrase in two separate locations and still cannot recover my wallet. The phrases are the same in both locations. Opened issue in separate thread (https://github.com/bitpay/wallet/issues/12067#issue-1474351666), but no response. Why can I not recover my Bitpay wallet with recovery phrase?

Bitpay wallet version 14.7.8

Can see balance in wallet.

Cannot send, or restore.

Restore with recovery phrase in Bitpay and other wallets shows zero balance.

Attempting to send or attempting to remove encryption password gives password is wrong error. I have the password and recovery phrase in two different places. They are the same in each.

Recovery tool expanded from initial settings to 120 address gap and 8 account, with and without encrypted private key password gives "Available balance: 0.00000000 BTC" I can see balance on blockchain as in Bitpay wallet.

Attempted recovery with and without segwit parameter. Neither worked.

Agonizing experience. How come I cannot recover my Bitpay wallet with the recovery phrase?
