Current operating system version for the device- Current version of the wallet used: Copay App > Settings > About Copay

Copay Wallet ID

To get your Wallet ID, open your Copay application, then go to
Settings> [Your wallet] >More Options>Wallet Information. On your phone, if you tap on the wallet ID it will copy it to the clipboard so you can paste in your reply.

Just made around 60 payments (I do this every month) in copay and had a number of issues. First 30 seemed to go pretty swiftly, last 30 were troublesome to say the least. The copay app started to shut down randomly and funds got locked after each payment was created (we had plenty of funds left in our wallet). We use 2 co-signers for every payment.
