New Account + New Wallets Locked due to never setting an encrypt password. #12035

Describe the bug New accounts and wallets are locked out due to never setting an encrypt password, but the app demands an encrypt password. I never set one. I can't retrieve my 12 word recovery and have never seen it because I don't have the encrypt password. Request encrypt password is enabled by default, attempting to turn it off asks for the password.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Sign up for a new account.
  2. Attempt to send coins or make a payment.
  3. The app will ask for an encrypt password
  4. Due to not having an encrypt password, you are locked out of sending or making payments.

Expected behavior Being able to set up an encrypt password or make a payment without one.

Additional context To make sure I never set one up, I signed up for a new account and set up wallets. I never set up an encrypt password. Even on the new account, the encrypt password was enabled by default.

I've seen this issue on google and github many times in similar fasion. It is usally someone who used the app prior to an update that required the encrypt password. This seems to be effecting all new accounts I am trying to make.

I'm scared to delete the app, because I sent about $400 USD worth of Eth to the wallet to buy something, then was unable to when it asked for the encrypt password. I can't obtain the recovery phrase and never have been due to the encrypt password - which I only became aware of when attempting to make a purchase.
