Unix commands of similar systems are used here. there are none in the window system. Try using a shell to run these commands https://itsfoss.com/install-bash-on-windows/ or replace the commands with similar ones for the window in the file package.json

use mac os & node 10.16.2

or use Ubuntu and Node 12.2.0
