where is my bitcoin? #5769

i purchased bitcoin about $1040.00 on last week by atm . i got paper wallet and recipt. then i downloaded mobile app of copaybitcoin and i scanned my private key to copaybitcoin. but it shows me 0bit in my balance, so i dont know where is my money(bitcoins)at. how can i find my bitcoins and get back to me

You made a transaction to Copay, not from Copay ritght? So the transaction was built and broadcasted by the ATM services and there is where you have to reach out. Can you post here your transaction id so we can help you to look a little more deep?

i dont have an ID but the link shows that how the money transfer or tansaction. where is my transaction ID?

Please do not post private keys on public forums.

The funds you are referent were already spend by someone 2 days ago.
