Recovery of BCH sent to BTC wallet - recovery tool not responding #7151

Hi,

I have sent an amount of Bitcoin cash to my Bitcoin wallet from kraken by mistake. Recovery tool that is listen in FAQ is not responding after I start searching.

I have tried to open a wallet in Bitcoin cash using the 12 word phrase but that is already a wallet in copay. Is it safe to delete bitcoin wallet and then import it into a bitcoin cash wallet? Will i lose the history by deleting? Please advise

It wont confirm, and I guess that is because of the 0.01446407 which were bitcoin but that is now sent to another wallet.

There is no option to send only part of the amount (the bulk of it) that I know is correct. How can I sort this out?

Unfortunately not, was designed to recover and move all your funds

@JDonadio ok, I dont understand why that amount showed up because I transferred them out of that address two days ago. what should I do to move forward then to get the BCH to be available again?

CeNQ12fUkHcog4tRtyvEDaw8AQabXmMawk is the correct amount sent from Kraken Ce2ga91EFW1smSmnfxVFyKL7BRQFFR7u8W is an amount that was sent from my wallet on nov 12 and now residing in another Copay wallet (co-sig)

Are the recovey phrase the 12 words ? Cause it doesnt work ?

@010rafa It worked, but now I got a "false" amount of bitcoin from that adress which i moved to another wallet, probably because that transaction for some reason had 1 confirmation

I lost a great deal of investement in bitcoin a few weeks back when I was trying to take a bold step in the bitcon market.
