Ok I got a refund from a transfer that I did because I didn't have enough money to transfer and that was last week how long does that take to get back into my copay account? Also I did a transfer yesterday how long does that take? Thanks

What you should do is check the transaction on the blockchain and see if it is confirmed or not. You can do it here pasting the address/transaction ID in the search field.

Regarding the confirmation time, it depends basically on the fees used in the transaction and the bitcoin network. Learn more about this here.

I got refund from mt4 broker I guess because I didn't have enough in my account they had to refund me instead to just canceling my transfer. I have not seen it back into my copay account yet and I think I did the transfer on the 24th. This issue does not seems related to Copay. You need to contact the sender of the transaction and ask them for a transaction ID and check if that transaction is on the blockchain.

Transactions broadcasted to the bitcoin network appear in a few seconds on Copay.
