Reimplement user profiles. Probably should merge user/settings and user/profile into one "my account" to simplify things.

IIRC this is mostly done if not entirely done?

Looks like everything is done but meta data for profile fields. user_profile_meta is referenced for editing accounts but doesn't currently exist.

Also there is no url registered to admin profiles or for users to edit profiles.
