- The site_styles database table now has an output column. Supports 'xhtml' (default) and 'html'.
- Compiles the xhtml xmlns into stylesheets unless 'html'.
- ssxslt mimetype is application/xhtml+xml for 'xhtml' and text/html for 'html'.
- The doctype and output method is still specified in style/layout.xsl
